Back to Cricketing days

Hai... this "Hai" doesn't sounds like a normal "Hi".. as if like hai hai... :) am not sure why i always keep typing "Hai" instead of normal Hi.. Anyhow, thats not the topic what i've choosen to discuss or write today... just a thought doing around quite a while after one of my colleague pointed it..

Its cricket fever back now with IPL... season 2. when never i meet my coll.. frens... they always come with a question asking "hey gouda.. is the cricket madness still there.." as they use to see it during the college days"... its quite amazing to see some where in our part of life.. we're recognised by our virtue or by our madness towards certain things which we've done when we're young. I bet.. there are lots n lots of people who are much more crazy than me... Couple of instances were during my 1 semester, i jumped through a wall to catch a match against India v/s SA against all odds (Warden, security,, quite a achivement i would say that to when you are in 1 semester) standing by the road to catch that particular glimpse.... The best one being watching the game in Hostel's T.V lounge area with more than 300 people sitting around you... and shouting every moment... ohh my god.... that was just a mad adrealine rush in our blood.... And if the match is b/n India V/S Pak... do i need to say anymore...

Its been a long time, the crazinees as come down a lot.. its just those moments we've with us to share when never we meet together...

Last time i njoyed the match was the 2003 World cup final were after looking to hire a T.V for a day but returned unsuccessfull.. and then asking the neighbors to keep it outside... and having a game with all my frens...

When never.. i watch a cricket now... (not often though)... i miss those vibes badly...
